What type of training does Fitness Mobil offer?
Fitness Mobil offers a functional training and circuit training experience wherein we train the clients to move better making them more efficient that will make them achieve their fitness goals faster.
Why choose in-home personal training?

Will I get as good of a workout at home as I would in a gym?
Absolutely! The exercises that you will be doing are the same exercises you do in a gym! Our FitMob trainers will make sure we maximize your time to achieve your fitness goals faster!
What are the qualifications of the trainers?
All Fitness Mobil coaches are graduates of University of the Philippines – Diliman (UPD) & University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a Bachelor’s Degree on Sports Science. Many of our trainers also hold multiple certifications and have broad expertise, including weight loss, nutrition, strength training, and athletic performance.
Can FitMob trainers work with clients with special needs?
Yes, many of our FitMob trainers have background in handling Pre/Post-natal, senior focused training, injury rehab, youth training, and special population clients.
Do I need to get doctor’s clearance before starting?
Yes, but only on case to case basis such as post injury rehabilitation, post-surgery, pre-and post-natal, and critical illnesses.
How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.
Do I need to own or bring any equipment?
No! We will bring everything you need for training in every session. But we can also work with whatever available equipment you have at home or in a building gym. You’ll be surprised on how our trainers can make use of the furniture as equipment for your workout.
How much space do I need for my workout?
Living room space will be plenty of room for us to work with. To be very specific, we can work with 2 x 3 m is already enough for to have a good workout.
Can I workout with a partner or friend?
Yes, we do have a buddy Rate promo. If two clients will be working out at the same time and with the same fitness goal at a discounted price. Our Buddy Basic Package rate is Php 16,000. Each client will only pay Php 8,000 instead of Php 10,000.
What is Trigger Point? What does it do?
Trigger Point uses a special type of roller and a ball that massages the targeted muscles needed for the exercise. This will allow a faster recovery of the client and decreases the chance of injury and doms (delayed onset muscle soreness).
How can I pay?
What else do I need to bring for training?
You will only need an exercise mat, cold water and yourself.
How long is the validity period of each package?
Clients taking the 5-session package must complete the 5 sessions with the validity period of 1 month. On the other hand, the 10-session package has a validity period of 2 months.
Small Group Training Section
How does it work?
You and your friends can form a group of 3 to 5 and you can train together at the same time. You can just inform us on where to train and we will decide once we have inspected it that it can be done.

How many people can be in a group?
3 to 5 people
Where can we train?
We can train at your most convenient area and we can meet you there. It can either be in an office, a park or in a studio where there is space enough for 3 to 5 people.
Do we need to own or bring any gym equipment?
No! We will provide all the equipment that will be used for training. We can also work with whatever that is available in your building gym.
Online Training Section
How does it work?
Fitness Mobil uses an online platform called Trainerize which allows the trainer and the client to communicate through their mobile app that will only be accessible by invitation through Fitness Mobil. The mobile app includes all of the workout videos, timer, progress tracking and also the workout program that are catered to your fitness goals made by Fitness Mobil trainers.

Aside from the mobile app, our clients will have a 1 on 1 session via Skype for any consultation.
Is there a free trial I could try first?
Yes, there is! You can send us an email and we will send you an invite for it!
What if I don’t know how to do the exercise that was given?
All of the exercises that will be prescribed will have a video to demonstrate it along with the instructions of how to do it.
